Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Product Owner/Manager with Salesforce Service Cloud expertise to shape and deliver key employee, manager and operations solutions in an international setting.

The role demands translating business needs into practical Salesforce-driven features, managing the backlog, prioritizing requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders across countries to drive a holistic product strategy and user experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or Salesforce consultant with a strong business focus.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Proven ability to manage backlogs, prioritize requirements, and collaborate with multiple stakeholder groups.
• Experience facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and defining business solutions.
• Ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and practical experience working with product teams.
• Excellent English and Polish communication skills for international collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own the development and continuous improvement of Salesforce-based products, focusing on Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Manage the product backlog and define priorities with business stakeholders.
• Contribute to product vision, roadmap planning and long-term development strategy.
• Analyze user needs and translate them into business and functional requirements.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across functions and countries.
• Monitor product usage, gather user feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate the implementation of new features and support change adoption initiatives.
