Sii is seeking a Product Owner/Manager with Salesforce expertise to shape employee, manager, and operational experiences across international teams. The role focuses on translating user needs into practical Salesforce-driven solutions without hands-on development, balancing strategy with execution.

You will bridge business and tech, manage backlogs, and help define roadmaps while delivering improvements and a strong user experience in a global environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Product Owner/Manager/BA or Salesforce consultant with a business focus.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Backlog management, prioritisation and collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience facilitating workshops and gathering business requirements.
• Ability to bridge business needs with technology teams.
• Solid understanding of Agile practices and product teams.
• Fluent English and Polish communication in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Own development and continuous improvement of Salesforce-based products, focusing on Service Cloud.
• Manage product backlog and define priorities with business stakeholders.
• Contribute to product vision, roadmap planning and long-term strategy.
• Analyze user needs and translate into business and functional requirements.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across functions and countries.
• Monitor usage, gather feedback and identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate implementation of new features and support change adoption initiatives
