Qualifications

• 4+ years in Product Owner/PM/BA or Salesforce consultant with a business focus
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and backlog management
• Experience gathering requirements and bridging business with tech teams

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve Salesforce-based products, focusing on Service Cloud
• Manage product backlog and define priorities with stakeholders
• Co-create product vision, roadmap, and strategy
• Analyze user needs and translate into business requirements
• Coordinate with stakeholders across countries and drive adoption
• Oversee implementation of new features and change adoption
