Job summary

International Insurance Group is seeking a remote team member to support sales and retention processes. The role requires gathering client information, completing forms, and submitting quotes to underwriters from a distributed team across the US markets.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in Ukrainian and Russian, proficient in English, and comfortable with MS Office and tight deadlines. The position offers work-from-home flexibility and growth opportunities within a large insurance group.

Qualifications

• Must speak and write Ukrainian and Russian fluently.
• Comprehension of English language is required (written/verbal).
• Must pass background check.
• PC skills including MS Office required.
• Higher education is a plus (business-related).

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Sales and Retention agents in sales and retention processes.

Job Description

This is a remote position.

• We are looking for candidates who are located in Romania or Moldova
  
• This is a full time, US hours 8:30AM - 5:00PM EST(3:30PM - 12:00AM RO)
  
• Assist our Senior Sales and Retention agents in their sales and retention process
• Help gather the information from the prospect customer using our communication system (phone, IM and emails)
• Fill in the info gathered in various Forms, Applications, Carriers sites to generate quotes.
• Use insurance carrier’s platform & technology timely and accurately
• Make submissions to underwriters.
• Email management and follow-up with calls and emails for the missing information and documentation.
  

Requirements

• Must speak and write the Ukrainian and Russian language fluently
