International Insurance Group is recruiting an Insurance Service Agent who speaks Ukrainian and Russian to handle bilingual customer service from a remote setting. The role supports existing customers, manages inquiries, and guides policy options with a focus on accuracy in the CRM and timely follow-up.

You will work from home or in North Royalton, OH, with base compensation plus performance bonuses and a 401K plan.

Formación

• Must speak and write Ukrainian and Russian fluently.
• English language proficiency required (written and verbal).
• US work authorization and background check pass required.
• Must pass Property & Casualty license test and obtain license.
• Strong customer service, listening, empathy and problem solving.

• Promote policy options from carriers represented by IIG.
• Build relationships and capitalize on referral leads.
• Represent over 25 carriers across 23 states; work within deadlines.

Job Description

This is a remote position.

• Follow our proven service process to offer our existing bilingual customers the best individualized customer service and policy options from the insurance carriers IIG represents
  
• Keep accurate information for all customers within the CRM database, adhering to company quality and compliance standards
  
• Building relationships with clients and actively capitalizing on Referral Lead cultivation
  
• Customer support over the phone, email or text
  
• Email management and follow-up with calls/ emails for the missing information and documentation
  
• Use insurance carrier’s platform & technology timely and accurately
  

Requirements

• Must speak and write the Ukrainian & Russian language fluently
  
• Comprehension of the English language is a must (written/verbal)
  
• Must pass background check
  
• Must pass the Property & Casualty insurance state licensing test and obtain license; must be US based and eligible to work in the US
  
• Customer Service Aptitude & Skills (listening, communicating, empathy and problem solving)
  
• PC Skills including MS Office are required; having a technology-oriented attitude is a must
  
• Higher education is a plus
  
• Proactive team member, effective collaborator and proactive mindset is a must
  
• Ability to effectively organize tasks, manage time, being results-driven and capable of working to tight deadlines
