Job summary

International Insurance Group is seeking a remote team member to support sales and retention processes. The role requires gathering client information, completing forms, and submitting quotes to underwriters from a distributed team across the US markets.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in Ukrainian and Russian, proficient in English, and comfortable with MS Office and tight deadlines. The position offers work-from-home flexibility and growth opportunities within a large insurance group.

Qualifications

• Must speak and write Ukrainian and Russian fluently.
• Comprehension of English language is required (written/verbal).
• Must pass background check.
• PC skills including MS Office required.
• Higher education is a plus (business-related).
• Proactive team member with strong collaboration skills.
• Ability to organize tasks, manage time, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Sales and Retention agents in sales and retention processes.
• Gather information from prospects using our communication system (phone, IM, email).
• Fill in data in forms, applications, and carriers sites to generate quotes.
• Use insurance carriers' platforms and technology accurately and timely.
• Submit submissions to underwriters.
• Manage emails and follow up with calls and emails for missing information.
