Job summary

International Insurance Group is seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Support Specialist to join our team remotely. The role involves proactively contacting prospective clients, previous customers, and existing clients to identify insurance opportunities, qualify leads, gather information for quotes, and schedule opportunities for licensed agents.

The ideal candidate will be friendly, organized, and comfortable with outbound calls, building relationships, and delivering exceptional customer

Qualifications

Experience in outbound calling or telemarketing.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable making high volume outbound calls.
Ability to document conversations accurately in the CRM.
Bilingual skills (English plus Ukrainian, Romanian or Russian) are a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

Contact prospective clients who requested quotes.
Reach out to former clients to regain business.
Offer bundled quotes for Home/Auto and explain benefits of comparing options.
Gather information to prepare accurate quotes (personal, driver, vehicle, property, current coverage).
Enter and maintain customer data in the CRM; schedule appointments for licensed agents.
Meet daily outbound call and appointment-setting goals.
Build relationships with clients and provide excellent service.
