Job summary

International Insurance Group is seeking a remote, full-time role aligned with US business hours (EST). This position welcomes candidates located in Romania or Moldova who can fluently speak Romanian and communicate in English.

You will support senior sales and retention teams, gather prospect information, generate insurance quotes, and manage submissions with carriers. Work-from-home flexibility, competitive pay, and growth opportunities within a 100-employee agency are offered.

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Sales and Retention agents in sales and retention processes.
• Gather information from prospects using phone, IM, and emails; fill in forms to generate quotes.
• Use insurance carriers' platforms to submit quotes and manage submissions to underwriters.
• Manage emails and follow up with calls to obtain missing information and documentation.

Job Description

This is a remote position.

• We are looking for candidates who are located in Romania or Moldova
• This is a full time, US hours 8:30AM - 5:00PM EST(3:30PM - 12:00AM RO)
• Assist our Senior Sales and Retention agents in their sales and retention process
• Help gather the information from the prospect customer using our communication system (phone, IM and emails)
• Fill in the info gathered in various Forms, Applications, Carriers sites to generate quotes.
• Use insurance carrier’s platform & technology timely and accurately
• Make submissions to underwriters.
• Email management and follow-up with calls and emails for the missing information and documentation.

Requirements

• Must speak and write Romanian fluently
• Comprehension of the English language is a must (written/verbal)Must pass background check
• PC Skills including MS Office are required; having a technology-oriented attitude is a must
• Higher education is a plus (business related preferred)
• Proactive team member,effective collaborator and proactive mindset is a must
• Ability to effectively organize tasks, manage time, being results-driven and capable of working to tight deadlines
