Job summary

UPS is hiring in Łódź for a permanent customer service role. You will handle customer service related to overdue payments, respond to client inquiries, and perform various administrative tasks in an international environment.

Job Description:

What would you do on a daily basis?

• customer serviceregarding overdue payments
• answering for clients' queries
• other administrative tasks

We expect from applicants:

• very goodEnglish (writing and speaking)
• very good Romanian (writing and speaking)
• good work organizational skills
• problem solving and analysis
• computer literacy
• min. 6 month of employment track at current position in UPS (for internal candidates only)
