Job summary

Qualifications
- Engineer’s degree preferred in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Industrial Automation Engineering.
- Minimum 2.5 years of technical sales experience in machine tools, industry automation, or robotics.
- Fluent in English and willing to travel.
- Ability to work in an international, cross-functional team.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to be based in North/West Poland (Poznan area preferred).
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed targets in line with regional strategies.
- Develop existing customers and search for new customers via new product applications.
- Support the distribution channel to improve sales performance.
- Monitor market opportunities and assess potential for company products.
- Manage reports related to activities.
- Maintain ethical behavior in all actions.
