Job summary

Atlas Copco is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive growth across a Poland region from a home-based role with regular field visits. You will own the sales cycle, build customer relationships, and deliver value-driven industrial solutions.

Required are at least 2 years in field sales of technical/industrial products, strong Polish and English communication, and a valid driver’s license. Expect travel across your region and independent work.

Qualifications

• Secondary education completed; technical background is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Actively hunt for new customers and turn leads into signed business while growing existing accounts within your region.
• Spend most of your time in the field — meeting customers, understanding processes, and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Track market trends and competitor activity to adjust your sales approach.
• Plan and execute targeted sales activities, manage your pipeline, and deliver accurate forecasts and reports.
