Job summary

Danfoss is seeking a Service Sales Engineer for the Power Electronics and Drives segment to grow our service and spare parts business across Poland. You will work with customers, channel partners, and internal teams to identify opportunities and deliver value from installed equipment.

Based in Poland, you will partner with the Partner Sales Manager and drive growth through direct engagement, offers, and customer visits.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
At least 3 years of sales experience with knowledge of the Polish market.
Enjoys working with people and collaborates well in a matrix organization.
Fluent Polish and very good English (minimum B2).
Willingness to travel nationally (category B driving license; company car provided).

Responsibilities

Grow service and spare parts sales across Poland through direct customer engagement and collaboration with channel partners.
Prepare commercial offers and provide technical guidance to help customers identify the right service solutions.
Build and maintain customer relationships through regular customer visits and meetings across Poland.
Execute sales activities, support pricing initiatives, and contribute to achieving agreed business goals.
Work closely with the Partner Sales Manager Poland and channel partners to support business plans.
