Job summary

Atlas Copco Group in Poland is seeking a proactive Sales Engineer to drive industrial growth. You will own your sales territory, develop new business, and strengthen partnerships by delivering value-driven solutions.

You will spend most of your time in the field with customers, understand their processes, and identify upsell opportunities while maintaining accurate forecasts and reports. A home-based role with travel is expected.

Qualifications

Completed secondary education (technical background is an advantage).
At least 2 years of field sales experience in technical or industrial products.
Communicate confidently in Polish and English in customer-facing and internal settings.
Hold a valid driving license and be ready to travel within your region.
Comfortable working independently in a home-based role with ownership.

Responsibilities

Actively hunt for new customers and grow existing accounts within your region.
Spend most of your time in the field meeting customers and understanding their processes.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Track market trends and competitor activity to adjust your sales approach.
Plan and execute targeted sales activities, manage pipeline, and deliver forecasts and reports.
