Job summary

Heilind Electronics, Inc. is seeking a Field Sales Engineer to expand sales and strengthen customer relationships across southern and south-eastern Poland.

You will cover a broad territory from Wrocław and the Czech border through the Upper Silesia region, Kraków, and southern Poland, reaching Lublin and the eastern border. You will provide technical expertise at customer sites and drive growth with new and existing accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales / account management in a technical/industrial environment (electronics/electrical preferred).
• Bachelor level in Electronic/Electrical Engineering or similar.
• Strong commercial judgment and ability to manage complex sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for the assigned sales territory, including account planning and forecasting.
• Develop long-term relationships and acquire new customers.
• Identify and structure new business opportunities; support design activity and revenue realization.
• Provide market and customer intelligence to drive focused actions.
• Prepare reports on defined KPIs to the manager.
• Lead commercial discussions and ensure follow-up.
• Plan and coordinate activities with management and stakeholders.
