Job summary

Ansell in Kraków, Poland, seeks a Sales Enablement Analyst who drives operational excellence through data, pricing programs, and system optimization. You will partner with Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, Finance and IT to improve sales effectiveness and enable data‑driven decision making.

The role focuses on enhancing commercial data integrity across SAP, Comind and SFDC, delivering reporting and insights, supporting pricing renewals and rebates, and leading continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with analytics, pricing, or data science is an asset.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, and Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement of sales processes, systems, and tools to increase efficiency and scalability.
• Analyst responsible for pricing renewals, rebates governance, and stakeholder alignment.
• Deliver reporting, insights, and recommendations to improve business performance.
• Maintain enablement tools and promote data governance best practices.
