Job summary

Customs Support Group is seeking a driven Sales Operations Analyst to support the sales organization with data-driven insights and pipeline management in a fast-paced logistics environment.

You will improve CRM accuracy, measure sales performance, and build dashboards using Excel and Power BI, collaborating with Sales, Commercial, and Management teams.

This office-based role in Poland offers exposure to international trade and a chance to contribute to cross-border operations.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of sales-driven organizations.
• Proven experience with sales processes and pipeline management.
• Experience in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience building reports, analyses, and dashboards (Power BI is a strong plus).
• Very good English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Support sales with analysis of pipeline performance, sales activities, and commercial results.
• Manage and analyze the sales pipeline, ensuring data accuracy and consistency in CRM (Salesforce).
• Drive CRM data quality, ownership, and discipline across the sales teams.
• Build, monitor, and report on sales KPIs and performance indicators.
• Deliver data analytics and dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
• Provide insights that support commercial decision-making and improve sales accuracy.
• Participate in improving and standardizing sales and commercial processes.
