Job summary

Arrow Electronics in Poland seeks an HR Analyst (Sales Compensation) to own end-to-end incentive calculations for EMEA populations. You will ensure accuracy, timely outputs, and adherence to plan rules with strong collaboration across HR, Finance and Sales.

In this role you will prepare payroll-ready outputs, perform reconciliations, and maintain comprehensive documentation. The position offers hybrid work and exposure to complex compensation structures and automation opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales compensation, payroll, or HR/finance operations.
• Ability to interpret compensation plans and apply rules across countries.
• Strong data validation and integrity checks for incentive calculations.
• Effective communication to non-technical stakeholders and senior management.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end calculation of variable compensation for EMEA populations.
• Interpret and apply sales plans consistently across groups and countries.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Sales to resolve discrepancies and explain results.
• Prepare payroll-ready outputs and perform reconciliations and post-payment reviews.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation of plan logic, assumptions, and controls.
• Produce recurring and ad-hoc reports on incentive results and costs.
• Support cost modeling and scenario analyses for plan changes.
• Drive process improvements including automation and reporting enhancements.
