Job summary

Arrow Electronics in Poland is seeking an HR Analyst (Sales Compensation) to own end-to-end calculation of incentive payments for EMEA groups, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while applying plan rules and controls.

You will partner with HR, Finance, Sales and Management to resolve discrepancies, produce payroll-ready outputs, and maintain audit-ready documentation with a focus on process improvements and automation.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in sales compensation, variable pay, payroll, HR operations, or finance operations.
• Strong Excel skills (complex formulas, pivot tables).
• Experience working with large datasets and tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI) or automation (Power Automate) is an asset.
• Ambiguity tolerance with good judgment when interpreting compensation plans.
• Confident communicator who can explain calculations to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end calculation of variable compensation and incentive payments for EMEA.
• Apply sales compensation plans consistently across countries.
• Resolve calculation discrepancies with HR, Finance, and Sales stakeholders.
• Prepare payroll-ready outputs and perform reconciliations and post-payment reviews.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and control checklists.
• Produce recurring and ad-hoc incentive reports and cost analyses.
• Support cost modeling and scenario analysis for plan changes.
• Contribute to process improvements, automation, and reporting enhancements.
