Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Sales Compensation Data Quality Analyst to join our team in Poland. You will maintain and execute portions of processes and tools for sales commissions calculation and payment support, handling less- to moderately-complex plans.

You will gather information to support investigations, prepare reports for leadership, and implement data changes to improve quality and efficiency. The role requires 0-2 years in analytics or finance, good Excel and English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and execute portions of processes and tools for sales commissions calculation and payment support.
• Calculate sales commissions and payments for less- to moderately-complex plans in accordance with plan documentation and policy.
• Collect and consolidate information to support investigation and resolution of commission claims and account reconciliations.
• Prepare commission and payment reports for review by operational and sales leadership.
• Review data and configuration changes in sales compensation tools within limited parameters.
• Communicate issues to stakeholders.
• Implement changes to data, content and systems to improve data quality and efficiency.
