Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Sales Compensation Data Quality Analyst to join our team in Poland. You will support the sales commissions process, ensure data integrity and assist in reporting to sales leadership.

Ideal candidates have up to 2 years in analytics or finance, strong Excel and English, and good communication. This fixed-term role offers exposure to compensation tools and growth within a global edge-to-cloud company.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of sales commission tools and systems.
• Strong analytical, statistical and problem-solving skills.
• 0–2 years of analytics or finance experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Excel and English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and execute parts of commissions calculation processes.
• Calculate commissions for less- to moderately-complex plans.
• Collect and consolidate data to support investigations and reconciliations.
• Prepare commission and payment reports for leadership.
• Review data and configurations within limited parameters.
• Communicate issues to stakeholders.
• Implement data/content changes to improve quality and efficiency.
