Job summary

Enigma Corporation is seeking a motivated Sales/BD professional in Poland to drive market research, lead generation, and seller onboarding. You will promote the brand, build a qualified sales pipeline, and guide merchants through onboarding, while explaining logistics and payment processes.

The role requires fluent Polish (C1–C2) and strong English (B2), excellent IT literacy, multitasking, and strong communication skills. On-site work with engaging team activities and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Polish level at C1–C2, fluent in speaking and writing.
• English at least B2 level.
• Very good PC skills and IT literacy with interest in technology.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and lead generation to identify opportunities.
• Promote the brand and build a pipeline of sales leads and potential sellers.
• Engage and convince target sellers to join the platform and onboard them.
• Explain processes including logistics, payments, and commissions to merchants.
• Maintain relationships with sellers and perform regular face-to-face visits.
• Provide recommendations to improve seller growth and platform performance.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers.
• Conduct regular face-to-face visits with key accounts.
• Provide recommendations and performance improvement opportunities to support seller growth and maximize business results on the platform.

Our requirements

• High Polish level (C1 – C2) – fluent verbally and in written
• High English level (B2)
• Very good PC skills, IT literacy skills with high interest in technology
