Job summary

Enigma Corporation is seeking a proactive Sales/BD specialist in Szczecin, Poland. You will conduct market research, visit trade events, and build a robust pipeline of qualified sellers.

The role emphasizes onboarding, relationship management, and driving platform growth through strategic seller engagement. The ideal candidate is fluent in Polish at C1–C2 and has at least B2 English, strong communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills, with a self-starter attitude.

Qualifications

• Fluent Polish (spoken and written) at C1–C2 level.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Very good PC skills and IT literacy; strong interest in technology.

Responsibilities

• Market research and increasing brand visibility through trade fairs and events; lead generation and seller onboarding.
• Promote the brand and build a pipeline of qualified sales leads and potential sellers.
• Engage target sellers to join the platform and guide merchants through onboarding process.
• Explain operational processes including logistics, payments, and commissions.
• Account management and business development; maintain strong seller relationships.
• Conduct regular face-to-face visits with key accounts; provide growth recommendations to maximize platform results.

• High Polish level (C1 – C2) – fluent verbally and in written
