Qualifications

• High Polish level (C1 - C2) — fluent verbally and in written form.
• High English level (B2).
• Very good PC skills and IT literacy with interest in technology.
• Multitasking across calls, chat and emails.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented, organized, self-starter.
• Ability to analyze information to resolve issues quickly.

Responsibilities

• Market research and brand visibility activities.
• Lead generation and building a pipeline of qualified leads.
• Promote the brand and engage sellers to join the platform.
• Guide merchants through registration and onboarding.
• Explain logistics, payments, and commission structures.
• Maintain relationships with sellers and visit key accounts.
• Provide recommendations to drive seller growth and platform results.
