Job summary

Talkpush in Poland is seeking a customer-focused specialist to drive market research, lead generation, and seller onboarding. You will build strong relationships with sellers, visit key accounts, and explain processes including logistics, payments, and commissions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and increase brand visibility.

Your responsibilities

• Market Research & Brand Awareness
• Conduct market research and visit trade fairs, retail stores, and relevant industry events to increase brand visibility and identify business opportunities.
• Lead Generation
• Actively promote the brand and build a pipeline of qualified sales leads and potential sellers.
• Seller Acquisition & Onboarding
• Engage and convince target sellers to join the platform.
• Guide merchants through the registration and onboarding process.
• Explain operational processes, including logistics, payments, and commission structures.
• Account Management & Business Development
• Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers.
• Conduct regular face-to-face visits with key accounts.
• Provide recommendations and performance improvement opportunities to support seller growth and maximize business results on the platform.

Our requirements

• High Polish level (C1 – C2) – fluent verbally and in written
• High English level (B2)
• Very good PC skills, IT literacy skills with high interest in technology
• Multitasking: calls, chat and emails
• Strong customer negotiation skills with good presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Goals orientated
• Results-orientated and highly organized with a self-starter attitude
• Ability to handle situations confidently and solve problems quickly and effectively by critically analyzing relevant information
