Concentrix is hiring for a customer service role focused on the Russian market. You will respond to customers by phone, chat, and e-mail, handling bookings and travel-related information with discretion. A courteous, empathetic approach is essential as you represent a leading travel agency.

Fluent Russian (C1) and English (B2) are required, with a flexible schedule including two shifts and weekend work. Training and ongoing support are provided at a modern Katowice workplace.

Formación

• Russian language at C1 level and English at B2 level.
• Willingness to work in flexible schedule including two shifts (08:00–16:30 and 13:30–22:00) on weekends and public holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customers via phone, chat, and e-mail (outbound and inbound) for the Russian market.
• Handle confidential travel-related information (hotels, flights) with care and discretion.
• Present a proactive, patient, empathetic, and professional attitude in every interaction.
• Serve as a brand ambassador for one of the most popular travel agencies.

• Working with confidential travel-related customer information and treating it sensitively (hotel bookings, plane tickets).

• Serve as a brad ambassador one of the most popular travel agency.

Our requirements:

• Russian language skills (C1 level) and English (min. B2 level).
• Availability to work in flexible schedule (2 shifts 08:00 - 16:30 early shift s well as 13:30 - 22:00 late shift) on weekends (3 weekends per month) and local public holidays.
• Previous experience in customer service/call center/tourism industry/airline industry is preferred.

• Employment contract (base salary: 5000 PLN gross monthly) or civil contract (base: 32,68 PLN gross hourly).
