Job summary

Concentrix in Katowice, Poland is seeking a customer service professional to respond to Russian-speaking clients via phone, chat and email. You will handle travel bookings and related sensitive information while delivering empathetic service.

Two shift options are offered (08:00–16:30 and 13:30–22:00) with weekend and holiday availability, plus comprehensive training and language classes to support your growth.

Qualifications

• Russian language skills (C1 level) and English (min. B2 level).
• Availability to work in flexible schedule (2 shifts 08:00 - 16:30 early shift as well as 13:30 - 22:00 late shift) on weekends (3 weekends per month) and local public holidays.
• Previous experience in customer service/call center/tourism industry/airline industry is preferred.
