Qualifications

• Native or fluent Russian is mandatory (spoken and written).
• Strong proficiency in English for collaboration with the international team.
• Experience in customer support or gaming industry is a plus.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve player issues with a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to the Russian-speaking player base of Supercell titles.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, billing inquiries, and account management matters.
• Maintain knowledge of game mechanics, events, and community trends to assist players effectively.
• Identify and escalate recurring bugs or feedback to Dev/QA teams.
