TELUS Digital Bulgaria is seeking passionate Player Support Specialists for Gaming Accounts with Polish and English. The role is based in our Sofia office with rotating 24/7 shifts and a strong focus on player experience.

You will assist players via tickets and chat, resolve issues, and communicate trends to product teams. A relocation package and temporary accommodation support are offered to help you relocate and settle in Sofia.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Polish and good English are required.
• Experience or familiarity with player support is preferred.
• Gaming experience is advantageous for role understanding.

Responsibilities

• Help players with issues via tickets and chat.
• Provide a case-by-case player‑oriented experience to resolve problems.
• Identify trends and bugs reported by players and communicate to appropriate teams.
• Collaborate with a passionate gaming team to deliver great support.
