Job summary

Buynomics is hiring a Revenue Operations Manager to own our GTM systems end to end, combining technical implementation with stakeholder collaboration. The role emphasizes optimizing data flows, automations, and forecasting across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

You will work with Salesforce, HubSpot, and automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Claude) to streamline processes and improve forecast accuracy, reporting, and governance in a dynamic, international team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in RevOps or Sales Ops at a B2B SaaS startup/scale-up.
• Hands-on admin level knowledge of Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Experience with low/no-code automation platforms (n8n, Zapier, Make).
• Understanding of GTM motions across marketing, sales, customer success.

Responsibilities

• Own GTM tech stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, connectors) and data flow.
• Streamline workflows with Salesforce/HubSpot automations and system redesigns.
• Build full-funnel reporting from marketing to revenue.
• Assist forecasting with pipeline models and risk spotting.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align GTM projects and governance.
