Job summary

CompanyCam, Inc. is seeking a GTM Systems Developer to design, build, and scale automation across the go-to-market tech stack.

You’ll own end-to-end solutions, focusing on Salesforce enhancements, integrations, and AI-powered workflows that drive efficiency for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations. You’ll partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and global GTM support across

Qualifications

• 4+ years in GTM Systems or related technical roles.
• Strong Salesforce admin and development experience (Apex, flows).
• Experience building and maintaining multi-platform integrations.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and CRM best practices.
• Experience designing scalable automation workflows in production.
• Proficiency with APIs and data movement across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automations across Salesforce and GTM stack.
• Develop Salesforce solutions using Apex and flows.
• Create and maintain integrations across CRM, marketing, sales tooling.
• Build AI-powered workflows and automation frameworks.
• Support end-to-end GTM processes (lead to renewals).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.
• Work within Jira for enhancements, bugs, and initiatives.
• Optimize workflows and data reporting for GTM insights.
• Document governance and scalable process standards across systems.
• Support reporting and dashboards for GTM and Revenue Operations.
• Evaluate new AI capabilities and automation tools for better performance.
