Job summary

Wolt in Poland is seeking a Retail Operations Specialist to optimize store partner performance across the country. You will visit partner stores, analyze metrics, and implement operational improvements alongside Account Managers to raise order accuracy and speed.

You’ll travel regularly within Poland, engage with store managers and staff, and translate data into actionable actions using Excel or Looker. Fluency in Polish and good English are required to collaborate with partners and colleagues

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in retail, e-commerce, logistics or a similar role with store partners.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with ability to present data clearly.
• Willingness to travel regularly within Poland, visiting partner stores.

Responsibilities

• Monitor partner store performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and opportunities.
• Conduct root-cause analyses and collaborate with partners and Account Managers on improvements.
• Perform on-site store visits and deliver training on standard operating procedures.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with Account Managers to deploy tools and new workflows.
• Establish regular business reviews with partners to track metrics and sustain progress.
• Scale best practices across local and international markets.
