Job summary

Wolt is seeking a Retail Operations Specialist in Poland to improve partner store performance and streamline day-to-day store operations. You will work on-site with store managers and Account Managers to identify bottlenecks, implement solutions, and scale best practices across markets.

With 2–3 years of experience in retail, e-commerce or logistics, you’ll travel regularly within Poland, engage with partners, and use Excel/Looker to analyze data and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in retail, e‑commerce, logistics or related roles.
• Fluent Polish and good English.
• Willingness to travel regularly within Poland, including major cities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor partner store performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and improvements.
• Conduct root-cause analyses with partners and Account Managers to implement actionable solutions.
• Perform on-site store visits to train leadership and staff on SOPs.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to deploy new tools, systems and workflows.
• Establish regular business reviews with partners to track metrics and ensure initiatives are followed.
• Scale operational best practices across local and international markets.
