Job summary

Kontoor Brands, Inc. is seeking a Partner Regional Retail Sales Manager to shape and execute the Poland network strategy across approx. 35 partner stores in Mazowieckie and Baltic region.

You will lead negotiations, drive growth, and optimize store profitability through collaborative planning with partners. You will analyze performance metrics, create insightful reports, and coordinate with marketing and CS for efficient distribution and promotions.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and executing sales strategy for partner networks.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building with partners.
• Proficient in analyzing sales data and preparing reports using Excel; Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a sales strategy for ~35 partner stores.
• Manage and develop partners, coach growth, and enforce performance targets.
• Plan sales activities and oversee negotiations with partners; monitor KPIs and profitability.
