Job summary

Wolt is hiring a Retail Operations Specialist in Poland to improve on‑the‑ground store operations. You’ll work with store managers and Account Managers to identify bottlenecks, implement effective SOPs, and train teams on new tools and processes.

You will travel across Poland to engage partners, analyze performance data (latency, accuracy, cancellations), and drive initiatives that boost delivery speed and accuracy. Fluency in Polish and good English are required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in retail, e‑commerce, logistics or a similar job with stores or partners.
• Willingness to travel regularly within Poland, including big cities and smaller towns.
• Able to walk into stores, engage with managers and staff, and drive improvements with SOPs.
• Proficient in working with numbers and reports (e.g., Excel/Looker) to show improvements.
• Fluent Polish and good English to collaborate with partners and colleagues in other countries.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze partner store performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and improvement areas.
• Conduct root‑cause analyses and collaborate with partners to develop high‑impact solutions.
• Perform on‑site store visits to train on standard operating procedures.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives with Account Managers to deploy tools and workflow enhancements.
• Establish regular business reviews with partners to track metrics and sustain initiatives.
• Identify and scale best practices across local and international markets.
