Job summary

ABB in Kraków is seeking a Workday Compensation Specialist to support global HR operations and lead compensation processes using Workday Advanced Compensation. You will define feasibility, implement solutions, and validate functionality across systems in a hybrid or remote work model.

Required are 3+ years of Workday experience, a current Workday certification (HCM/Compensation/Advanced Compensation), and fluent English. VISA/work permit as required. Competitive compensation and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Hands-on configuration experience in Workday Advanced Compensation.
• Experience running annual salary, bonus and stock processes in BAU.
• Fluent in English and able to communicate with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Define feasibility of solutions, their implementation, and interaction with existing systems.
• Provide solutions and resolutions for all application issues via tests and analyses.
• Design, examine, and implement well-organized IT applications to meet business needs.
• Assist in installation, maintenance, and optimization of internal processes related to Information Systems services.
