Job summary

Aon Corporation in Kraków is seeking an HR Compensation Operations Manager / Team Lead to build and lead a global compensation operations function. You will supervise teams across India, Mexico, and Poland, ensuring accurate and timely compensation processes and driving continuous improvement.

The role blends people leadership with process standardization, Workday expertise, and cross‑regional collaboration, offering high visibility and opportunities for growth within a multinational advisory

Qualifications

5+ years in Compensation Operations or HR Ops in a global organization.
Experience leading teams and coaching others.
Working knowledge of Workday HCM and/or Workday Compensation.
Advanced Excel for data analysis, validation and reporting.
Detail-oriented with cross-cultural collaboration across time zones.

Responsibilities

Lead a global team of Compensation Operations Analysts across India, Mexico, and Poland.
Manage workloads, priorities, and capacity to meet global timelines and service levels.
Oversee compensation-related activities: audits, data validation, eligibility, reconciliations, issue resolution.
Support Workday compensation processes: EIB prep, validation, submission for changes and bonuses.
Drive standardization through docs, training, SOPs, and quality controls.
Partner with Total Rewards and Compensation teams for reporting and insights.
