Job summary

Workday is hiring for its Success Plans team in Poland, delivering targeted microconsulting engagements to help customers maximize value from Workday. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding configuration, answering how-to questions, and demonstrating features to customers.

You’ll work with a team that helps customers navigate deployments, learn new features, and achieve business outcomes with Workday solutions.

Qualifications

• 5 years of IT implementation experience.
• 5 years of experience with Workday Compensation or Benefits systems (or similar).
• 3+ years of software consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver various Workday Success Plans services to customers.
• Provide configuration guidance, demonstrations, and tips & tricks.
• Troubleshoot Workday configuration to meet customer requirements.
• Create customer presentations on Workday features (Accelerator Webinars).
• Offer one-on-one consulting to accelerate feature adoption.
