Job summary

Workday in Poland is seeking a seasoned IT implementation professional to join the Success Plans team. You will engage with customers, demonstrate Workday features, and guide configuration to meet business goals, with a focus on compensation or benefits modules.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT implementation experience.
• 5 years of experience with Compensation or Benefits.

Responsibilities

• Delivering various services to Workday Success Plans customers.
• Conducting research to understand customer questions and Workday concepts.
• Providing configuration guidance and demonstrations.
• Troubleshooting product configuration to meet customer requirements.
• Creating and delivering customer presentations on Workday features.
• One-on-one consulting to accelerate feature adoption.
• Reviewing customer tenants for adoption opportunities.
• Maintaining Workday Certification and knowledge of Workday roadmap.
• Engaging with customers on industry best practices and topics.
