Job summary

Scale-X Solutions is seeking an AU Dayshift remote IT Solutions Support specialist. You will deliver first-line functional and technical support for client WMS applications (Meson/Manhattan) and manage configuration, data issues, and tickets. As you grow, you will handle more complex configurations and contribute to client implementations.

You will collaborate with developers and operations, document issues, and ensure stable environments for warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• WMS support or configuration experience.
• Understanding of warehouse and logistics processes.
• Ability to read system configuration and logs.
• Basic SQL and data validation knowledge.
• Experience with JIRA or similar ticketing tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as first-line support for client inquiries and incidents related to WMS solutions.
• Log, prioritise and manage tickets with clear notes and follow-up.
• Diagnose and resolve configuration, data and workflow issues.
• Perform and maintain WMS configuration under defined standards.
• Assist with testing and deployment of patches and new implementations.
• Provide end-user training and explanations of system behavior.
