Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Senior Solution Engineer to deliver enterprise-scale warehouse management solutions. You will design, develop and implement solutions using Blue Yonder WMS and MOCA, with a focus on integrations across multiple countries.

The role is fully remote with international collaboration, offering exposure to large-scale logistics platforms, a modern tech stack and SDLC processes within a global organization.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Blue Yonder WMS
• MOCA development experience and WMS customization
• Good knowledge of SQL, APIs and system integrations
• Experience in Agile SDLC environments
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
• Experience in warehouse/logistics or supply chain domains
• Excellent communication and collaboration with international teams

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure and implement solutions based on Blue Yonder WMS (JDA / RedPrairie, MOCA framework)
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Develop customizations, integrations, APIs and data flows
• Participate in the full SDLC: design, development, testing, deployment and hypercare
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide L2/L3 support
• Optimize system performance, reliability and maintainability
• Produce technical documentation and promote engineering best practices
• Collaborate with architects, analysts and business teams on global warehouse transformations
