Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in B2B appointment setting.
• Experience selling services, software, or SaaS is a big plus.
• Ability to connect with decision-makers.
• Self-motivated with grit and a hunger to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Dial outbound calls to potential clients and introduce Scale-X Solutions.
• Qualify leads and identify high-potential businesses and decision-makers.
• Book appointments for Business Development Managers.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly quotas.
• Keep CRM records accurate after every call.
• Collaborate with the team to refine outreach strategies.
