Job summary

Reef is seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant to drive operational efficiency and free up founder time in a scaling business. You’ll work directly with leadership, owning administrative tasks, follow-up management, reporting, and advertising campaign setup.

You’ll ensure nothing falls through the cracks, maintain accurate reporting systems, and handle the repetitive operational work that currently consumes founder time.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in virtual assistant, operations, or administrative support roles
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Experience with advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads) or willingness to learn quickly
• Comfortable with CRMs, project management tools, and standard business software
• Fast and reliable internet connection; own laptop/desktop; quiet working environment; good microphone/headset
