Reef is seeking a Process & Automation Specialist to analyse existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and design automation systems that reduce manual work and boost efficiency.

You will map processes and implement practical automation with N8N, Zapier, Make.com, APIs, and AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude, across sales, fulfilment, and internal operations, to support growth. Strong English communication and hands-on problem solving are essential.
