Job summary

Reef is seeking a Project Coordinator: Scheduling & Production Coordination Specialist to manage the flow of confirmed projects from sales through to production delivery.

You’ll coordinate project schedules, allocate work to painting crews via the Production Manager, and ensure projects move from confirmation to completion as efficiently as possible, while keeping clients informed throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating construction, trades or property services projects.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and timelines.
