Job summary

Reef is seeking a highly organized Client Operations Manager to own the day-to-day client experience for a premium, high-touch agency. You will host live classes, answer emails/DMs, manage inbound leads, and build robust systems that keep each client running smoothly.

You’ll know each client’s business, tools, and customers well enough to operate as their staff. Requirements include 4+ years in a high-touch environment, strong Notion/ClickUp/Asana experience, Zoom fluency, and a 60-hour Mon–Sat,

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience supporting customers in a high-touch environment
• Experience running operations end-to-end including launches or events
• Strong experience with Notion/ClickUp/Asana
• Comfortable hosting and co-hosting live Zoom sessions and troubleshooting tech issues in real time
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Proactive mindset
• High attention to detail
• Committed availability for the full 60-hour, Monday to Saturday, 4pm to 2am Manila time schedule
• Fast and reliable internet connection; own laptop/desktop; quiet workspace

Responsibilities

• Own operational delivery across a portfolio of the agency's clients: hosting live classes, answering customer emails and DMs, handling inbound leads, and building the systems that keep each client's operation running
• Operate inside clients' businesses as if you were staff, understanding their tools and customers
• Assist with launches or events and ensure smooth execution
• Maintain clear, consistent communications with clients to uphold high-touch service
