Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is hiring a PMO Lead in Warsaw to drive the master delivery plan for enterprise real estate opportunities. You will coordinate across Portfolio Strategy, Finance, Legal and Workplace Services, ensuring timely decisions and benefits realisation for a $100m target.

You will run programme rhythm, identify risks early, and maintain a single reporting view while holding regions and internal teams accountable for actions and milestones.

Qualifications

• Strong programme and portfolio management capability with multi-region delivery experience.
• Disciplined planning including milestones, dependencies and benefits realisation timelines.
• Excellent risk, issue and dependency management (RAID) and stakeholder influencing.

Responsabilités

• Own the master delivery plan for all real estate opportunities and benefits realisation.
• Run regular programme rhythm with checks, action tracking and governance updates.
• Maintain integrated RAID view across regions, JLL, Finance, Legal and Workplace Services.
• Ensure a named owner, next action, due date and escalation path for every opportunity.
• Prepare senior leadership updates with clear messaging and decisions required.
• Drive consistency in reporting and governance across the organisation.
