Qualifications

• Experience in customer service for B2C/B2B clients.
• Multilingual communication across English, French and Polish.
• Ability to explain electronics concepts to non-technical customers.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries via e-mail in English and phone in French or Polish.
• Support international market: individual and business customers.
• Deal with complaints, post-warranty inquiries, and technical issues.
• Explain how electronics devices work to non-technical customers.
• Maintain friendly, professional, customer-focused communication.
• Input data quickly and clearly.
