Job summary

Profitroom is seeking a Junior Support Specialist with English for a fully remote role based in Poland. You will provide high-quality email and live chat support in Polish and English and resolve technical inquiries with clear communication.

You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues, analyze configurations, and represent the company with professionalism. Prior hospitality or customer support experience is valued, and you’ll grow in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Polish and English language proficiency in speech and writing.
• Hospitality industry experience is preferred.
• Experience in a similar role or customer support is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle Polish and English-speaking customers' requests via e-mail and live chat with high level of service.
• Resolve technical issues reported by customers, including technical analysis of product configurations.
• Represent the company while interacting with customers and partners; cooperate with internal teams to resolve queries.
