Qualifications

• Fluent French (B2/C1) in speaking and writing.
• English at B2 level for collaboration with teammates.
• Ability to quickly learn new tools, systems and product knowledge.
• Friendly communication style with patience and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch customer support via phone, email, or chat for the customers of a known smartphone brand.
• Understand customer needs and offer clear, effective solutions.
• Handle inquiries and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
• Follow predefined workflows and channel-specific procedures.
• Participate in testing/launching/implementing new working products or tools.
