Job summary

Ecolab Textile Care invites a customer-focused Technical & Service Specialist to join our team. This role covers Poland and is fully remote with about 80% travel to customer sites, focusing on dosing systems and water & energy equipment support.

You will provide second-level technical support, coordinate installations, and contribute to reliability enhancements while working with Engineering and Territory Managers. Fluency in English and Polish is required.

Qualifications

• Mechanical or Electrical educational background required.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 80%.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch service to textile care customers across Poland.
• Act as first point of contact for inquiries and issues.
• Perform dosing system service and maintenance coordination.
• Coordinate installations with project teams and external suppliers.
• Support safety topics per Local Engineering Coordinator.
